Pumpkin cookies are my favorite, although I've never made them with spice cake mix before. That's intriguing. I do, however, have a firm rule that I am not allowed to make pumpkin desserts until at least October 1 and never after Valentines Day. Just further evidence of my obsessive compulsive disorder.l
Okay, Katie you call me on October 1st and I will give you the recipe for these cookies, which I think taste exactly like the ones you make from scratch and are very moist.
Kell, I've been thinking about trying the coconut cookies. This cookie thing has been fun, but I have also found that the girls just don't eat baked goods enough. I've had to freeze some cookies or throw old ones away because we can't eat them fast enough.
I've been giving bags of veggies from my garden away maybe I should add a plate of cookies too!
